Labeling all the cables for better cable organization.

We had some problems with the encoders but at least we are back to where we were three weeks ago. We have the encoders on all the drive systems and wiring is much cleaner now. Hopefully we will get some drive practice in before our next competition at Tampa Prep on November 5th.
